Sport, a channel for solidarity and positive values
The many partnerships already in place to encourage
active involvement in sport and support the sporting
aspirations of local communities underline its
importance to the Group. Most recently, Phosphea
signed a partnership agreement with Serbian
football club Dunav Prahovo. TIMAC AGRO Brasil
sponsors the ‘WinBelendon’ and ‘FirstSaque’
non-prof it projects for underprivileged young people.
The initiatives run by both organisations involve
more than 300 children and teenagers from socially
disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them integrate
more fully in society through participation in sport.
In France, the Group’s sports association hosted the
22
nd
‘La Passagère’ mixed terrain race by inviting all
900 entrants to run from Dinard to the Quai Intérieur
production plant in Saint-Malo. Part of the funds
raised were donated to the annual AFM Téléthon TV
marathon broadcast to raise funds for the French
Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Solidarity, a particularly strong commitment for
our subsidiaries
TIMAC AGRO is committed to supporting education
in childhood, particularly in rural areas. In Canada,
TIMAC AGRO is working with Agriculture in the
Classroom to organise f ield visits and workshop
sessions on fertilisers. In Argentina, TIMAC AGRO
contributes to the success of educational projects
by providing schools with f inancial support.
During the year, Phosphea contributed to combatting
food insecurity by working with Aladina Food to
collect food for the local food bank. Agriplas-SNSP
has, for many years, been working with an ESAT
support and work-based assistance centre to help
people with disabilities f ind employment and receive
medical, social and educational support appropriate
to their needs.

Supporting causes we care
about with the backing
of our partners
Commitment to local communities is integral
to the corporate culture of our Group.
By supporting social, cultural, sporting and
environmental non-prof it organisations,
we make a tangible contribution
to the development of the communities
and regions in which we operate.
A new corporate philanthropy partnership policy
for the Group
For priority commitment 5, we wanted to structure a
corporate philanthropy partnership policy that would
ref lect our history and DNA, and help us develop
genuinely meaningful partnerships. The resulting ‘Bold
and Inclusive Entrepreneurship’ policy was formalised
in 2023. The title indicates our desire to work with those
who lead voluntary, sports-related and employment
projects with ambitious goals, but who struggle with
issues around social and/or employment inclusion.
A number of f inancial support and skills sponsorship
projects will emerge in 2024 to involve employees
actively in these positive social impact initiatives.

The 80-year relationship between

the level of long-term commitment
shown by our Group. Throughout
this time, the consistent goal has
been to create long-term value
for the region by encouraging the
quality and rich diversity of its non-
prof it networks. This commitment
has translated into the provision
of support for many different
non-prof it organisations, including
the Remonte Foundation, which
promotes active involvement in
