Safety is always a priority issue across the
Group, and a cornerstone of our Group’s onward
development and commitment to improving
working conditions for our teams. Its priority status
is underlined by two particularly ambitious targets
to be achieved by 2025: reducing the workplace
accident frequency rate from 9 to 5, and raising
the average internal Personal Injury benchmark
score from 75 to 81, with each activity achieving
a minimum of 70. Achieving those targets requires
everyone to contribute personally to the collective
effort and take proactive responsibility for their own
safety. We are also committed to:
Further tightening our accident prevention systems.
Continuing to develop industrial safety and
road safety awareness and training initiatives
for both permanent and temporary staff.
Let’s develop
our safety culture
