as possible with regional stakeholders for the

benef it of social progress and local employment.

This community-level engagement takes

different forms, depending on the individual

characteristics of each community. To take this

process further and encourage initiative, we have

set ourselves the following targets for 2025:

Supporting more social, cultural, sporting and

environmental non-prof its through each of

our subsidiaries making a 100% commitment

to helping at least one local not-for-prof it

initiative�

Encouraging the organisation of good

corporate citizenship and solidarity

initiatives in all our operating regions

to involve our employees more closely
