Let’s cultivate
all our talents
As the company’s most important stakeholders, our employees
are also the driving force behind the Group’s performance.
So we want to give everyone the resources and encouragement
they need to develop personally and professionally and achieve
a healthy work/life balance. Which is why we develop and lead
our own training programmes, which are tailored as closely as
possible to the realities of the work we do, with particular focus
on skills transfer.
We also place great importance on quality of work life and
promoting diversity. Both topics are the subject of collective
agreements, action plans, certif ications and dedicated training
programmes. Between now and 2025, we are committed to:
Further increasing access to training for all employees,
and ensuring that 75% of them benef it from at least one
training course every year (that f igure was 70% in 2023).
Introducing in-house training programmes as standard
in all subsidiary companies employing more than
100 people.
