Exploring Together
Improving Tomorrow
In 2023, we embarked on a major restructuring
of our CSR strategy, and unveiled new
ambitions for 2025.
We are committed to maximising the added value delivered
by our products, at the same time as minimising their environmental
impact. Initiatives like using recycled raw materials, increasing
environmental benef its for farmers and developing recyclable
packaging are all central to this approach.
We are intensifying our commitment to local communities
by supporting social, cultural, environmental and sports initiatives. This
approach is designed to build even closer relationships with the regions
in which we operate as part of promoting social progress and eco-
Safety is a core concern, and the focus of many efforts
to strengthen accident prevention measures and develop
dedicated awareness-raising and training initiatives that will
enable everyone to contribute personally to reducing
the number of occupational accidents.
We are reducing our greenhouse gas emissions to help
combat climate change. Ambitious but achievable short-
and medium-term targets have been set for Scope 1 & 2 emissions,
and 6 levers for action have been identif ied to guide this transition.
We are committed to talent development
by designing our own bespoke in-house training
programmes to provide a learning pathway that
meets our needs as closely as possible, maximises
the opportunities for skills transfer, and encourages
seamless professional and personal development
The new Group
CSR strategy
transcends the
boundaries of
our activities
and focuses all
our energies
on delivering
sustainable
and collective
transformation.
“This transformation is structured around
a detailed analysis of our fundamental
social and environmental challenges,
informed by feedback from our internal
and external stakeholders. These
interactions have made it possible to
set goals that align fully with Group
DNA, motivating us to move in a more
ambitious direction. As a stakeholder in
the food value chain, we are commit ted
to responding ef fectively to the
environmental and social challenges
that are transforming our activities and
disrupting our ecosystems. This approach
gives us a powerful lever for perpetuating
the ef forts we have already made, while
going even further collectively.
In accordance with the United Nations
Sustainable Development Goals and the
growing expectations of our stakeholders,
we are focusing on f ive key commitments.
These commitments ref lect the innate
character of our business throughout
its history: commit ted products and a
commitment to people and places.”
