From 6th to 16th June this year, Anca Laza-Knoerr, Head of R&D in animal products at the CMI Roullier, and Madalina Diaconu, poultry expert at the CMI, travelled to Romania to develop a partnership with the Cluj- Napoca University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (USAMV).
Through this partnership, we will be able to increase the number of tests, working with the doctors in nutrition and animal pathology at the University in Cluj. Two new contracts have already been signed for specific open-ended product tests on monogastrics.
This exceptional partnership offers us the opportunity to test our new products on hundreds of experimental and conventional farms which collaborate with the USAMV.
The public university of agricultural sciences and medicine in Cluj-Napoca was founded in 1869 in Transylvania, Romania. It is the oldest and most renowned agricultural college in Europe with 21 research centres and laboratories over 5 faculties: Agriculture, Horticulture, Zootechnics and Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine and Food Science.
